Hello! My name is Suhina, the founder of IcLucy. I started this nonprofit with the mental health struggles of myself and my peers in mind in order to spread awareness and help a fellow student out.

This blog intends to

  • Provide an outlet from the stresses of everyday life

  • Allow you to find people to connect with!

  • Give actionable tips and tricks to deal with common problems that come up in youth

  • Destigmatize mental illness and mental health issues

  • Help you!
